Q: I Ordered Leather, How Long Until it Ships?

A: Current wait time for leather items to be made is approximately 3-4 Weeks. This is an estimate that we work towards without sacrificing the quality of individual craftsmanship that goes into the making of each leather item. Please do not contact us about the status of your order unless it has been 4 weeks. We will not have any updates on the progress until the order is completed and ready for shipment. When your order is shipped, you will be notified by e-mail with tracking information. We promise you it will be worth the wait!!

Q: What is the Center "D Ring" option on a Collar?

A:The Center D Ring would be a D ring mounted in the center of the collar, in addition to the one that comes with it mounted at the buckle. The Center D Ring allows you to hook a leash to it in order to have the buckle under the chin. Therefore showing off the design of the collar more.

Q:What should I do if delivery time exceeded?
